Good small business finance program?

Can anyone recommend a quality, easy to use program to manage finances for a
small business? Specifically, I'm looking for something that will track
income and expenses as well as clients.

Take look at full version of Handy Finance, http://handysolution.com/hf.htm
Many customers are using it exactly for doing business.
Also there is a freeware lite version and own desktop program.
