Hello,inside my sound and audio device window i can't ajust my volume the window read no audio device.can't ajust defult device(sound back,recording,nor MIDI music playback.in my sound audio window,the hardware screen system says everythings working properly but the multimedia audio control,its says the device is not configured correctly(code 1)when i try to reinstall driver automaticly after a min it reads files needed,looked for files no good.i go to add hardware it says install software to support the hardware that i added to my computer.littel box in corner comes up and read found new hardware.new hardware don't work.need help pretty please

It sounds like you have the wrong drivers for whatever sound card you have. In Device Manager, do you see the audio device listed with no errors?
