I know this topic doesn belong here, but I need answers. Finally im going to buy an LCD, but I need to know, whats the best 24" lcd ever created for gaming? according to pro techs reviews. Money is not an issue.
The BenQ FP241W/VW/WZ are VA panels, 8bits/colour with good blacks and viewing angles. They may be tricky to find as of the last month. Note: their Senseye technology does buffer a frame, so it will lag an additional frame (60hz = 16.7ms) behind the actual video when enabled. When disabled its on par with the rest.
If you're willing to spend more then the S-IPS panels are the way to go, there's a NEC 24" and the Apple Cinema display which is 23". Both of those are usually > $1k.
I've got a Benq FP241vw and it's great! It's my 3rd lcd (had viewsonic vx922, samsung 225bw and viewsonic vx2235) and it's by far the best one I had. Features are great and it looks awesome !
