Free acer recovery discs

I had read somewhere that there was a problem with internal recovery for the Acer computers and that free discs were available to reboot the computer. Mine will not pull up any programs or even the Vista welcome page. Can anyone help me as to where to get these discs.

IF the disks are available; then you need to contact Acer, either over the phone or via their website.
