need to transfer all data exactly from an old hard disk to a new replacement without any changes this is my professional PC which has expensive business programs installed but i didnt realise the vendors had installed an automatic password which i cant transfer and they are now bust old hard disk is still working but ready to collapse

Acronis True Image.
Will mirror your old drive to the new one, set new one as the bootable drive. Point, click, click, click, follow instructions, shutdown, remove old drive. Reboot. Presto.

Some hard drives come with cloning software on the CD that comes with it. Did you check yours?
