How to reply to text messages sent from orange account on pc

Hello,
I am sending text messages to a mobile phone in Malaysia but when the receiver tries to text back, I do not receive anything. What is wrong?

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

You need an intermediary - try Skype, it's free to download and install and calls to other computers which have Skype are free. To send texts or make telephone calls, you need to add some credit to an account but calls and SMS messages are very inexpensive. You can send a text to a mobile and 5ick as to whether the message is seen to come from Skype and can't be replied to or to send it from your mobile's number, to which a reply can be sent.
