Windows xp scrolls up and down slowly in waves

Hello,
Even my screen savers slide slowly accros the screen. I just had Dell put in a new mother board.Should I reset my graphics card back to default? How?

Hello Grumpy, strange I was just replying to the OP and when I submitted my reply was informed that the thread was closed? Anyhoo I guess Tom's is pretty much stuck with mefor the nonce ET is somewhat of a ghosttown not like we didn't see it coming...

You may also want to check your Monitor refresh rate - Listed and actual.

I think Grumpy has this one nailed. Sounds like a classic no driver installed issue to me.

Install your latest video drivers. Happens all the time to me when I format and download all my applications before installing video.
