Do you have the other parts or is that what you're going to get?

If your going to OC look at getting a DFI MB.

If your looking for a nice stable reliable machine then dump that PSU for a Corsair, Silencer610 or other quality PSU.

There are no guaranties on reliability with mobos, unfortunately. They all have their flaky ones in each batch. I have had pretty good luck with Gigabyte, but they aren't exempt.

2nd Zorg's suggestion on a better PSU. Gigabyte DS3L (~$90)/DS3R (~$130) or Asus P5k-e/P5k or Abit IP35-e/IP35 are all good selections right now. All have good reputations, but as Zork eluded to eariler, they all have occassional flaky ones.
PSU's I'd recommend:
* Any of the Corsair's VX 450w (~$60 after MIR), VX 550w (~$70 after MIR), TX 650w (~$75 after MIR)
* PCP&C 610 Silencer (~$120)
* Antec 550w NeoHE (~$100 or so)

Mobo - You can decide if any of the ones above meet your criteria or not. The P5K premium is nice, but I'd save some $ on one of the ones that I've listed and put that extra $ into a 8800gts (g92) GPU instead.
