Mobo : XFX nForce 680I LT Sli
Ram : 3 Gig OCZ Sli DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Heat sink: Tuniq Tower Tower 120
PSU : Ultra 600w X-Finity



Any help / suggestions on overclocking this CPU would be great.

hmm....problems i can see if you want to OC.Nvidia 6series chipset is know to OC very poorly with Intel CPU.SPECIALLY QUAD!

but you can try OC little bit by little bit.but make sure make the memory divider to 1:1 or in SYNC mode.
