Hello

Hey guys i have a question, i Oced my Q6600 to 3ghz im using an Asus P5w Dh deluxe board and i have my vcore set to 1.2750, when i load windows the idle vcore is 1.240 and 1.248 and when i load up prime it goes all the way down to 1.216 is this normal??

same here! i have the e6550 on a p5k-e mobo oc'd to 2.8/1600fsb at 1.2volts in bios and when under xp-pro it shows oc at 2.4/1600fsb with 1.18volts.

thats normal. u have a to do a mod to fix it. tho im not bothered about it.

ok thanks for the answers, i dont think ill pencil mod it too lazy, though it could be fixed with a BIOS update or something, its working good so far was just wondering if such vdroop was normal.
