Hi guys. I'm going to be ordering this low-mid range PC for OC testing in the next couple hours, but I wanted to get some advice on PSU.

I'm stuck between this antec:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] eoHE%2b550

and this OCZ:
http://www.newegg.com/product/prod [...] 6817341012

Both are tier 2 I believe... I just wanted to get some opinions here :D

Also was trying to figure out Vista 64 Business vs Ultimate... and it's confusing so if you're stopping by anyway and have some info on that, that'd be awesome (:
~~~
Edit:
Suppose I should list what I want the PSU to power...
E2180 (Going to shoot for 3.0ghz, was told I could do it on stock cooling)
GA-P35-DS3L
Antec900
2x1GB DDR2 800 (G.Skill)
GeForce 7600GT (Running 1280x1024 resolution)
250GB Seagate SATA hdd
That's it really... I think I should be fine with either PSU.
actually in tier 2 along with the antec neo,
it has these 2 OCZ's:
OCZ GameXStream
OCZ EvoStream
but not the Stealthstream
I would say go with the antec.
Plus the antec has [3] 12v rails for a total of 54amps. Where as the ocz one has only [2] 12v rails totaling 36 amps. Handsdown I would say go with the antec!
Flip a coin... they are both good!
64 bit home premium!!! Not the others!
Thanks Frozen for advice towards Antec and why.
@ hughyhunter -- I would flip a coin, but FrozenGPU makes a good point :D Also, why you say home vs business or ultimate? what is the difference?
Well I just say it as a satisfied customer with home premium... and also I've read that the Ultimate is overkill and kinda buggy.
I really like home premium though and think it will be usable for many years to come.
Can you set home premium to look "old school"? I do that with XP and love it.
^Yes you can make it look like the Win2K GUI.
@OP: I recommend you get a good cooler if aiming for 3Ghz. I got about 65-70C Prime95 with stock cooler at 2.95Ghz. I currently get 65C at 3.2Ghz with a OCZ Vanquisher. (I will be upgrading RAM and cooler soon).
Looks like a good deal, but more $ than I wanted to spend on PSU given my power requirements, and also I don't think I'll ever order from Buy.com again after it took so long to ship the first time. (Held up the building of this rig, listed in sig) Maybe not a great reason to deny them my patronage but... Newegg is fast and good.
