Cursor Problems

I have an area at the top of web pages that I can't access with my cursor. This includes the page up arrow on the right side bar and most if not all menu items at the top of the page.

I have an area at the top of web pages that I can't access with my cursor. This includes the page up arrow on the right side bar and most if not all menu items at the top of the page.

You can see them, but clicking does nothing, or you can't see them at all ?

What Browser R U using ?

I can see them but clicking does nothing. I use Firefox. I think I have the latest version.
