External usb floppy drive dont work with printer

I got an external usb floppy drive that works fine with windows vista; but, when I plug the printer (hp7510) to my laptop, the floppy gets to spin and spin and spin and spin and never read and write again.
when I unplug the printer, then this external floppy driver get to work fine again.
Why is that this device doesn't work when I plug my printer to the laptop ?

BTW, are all other USB devices working fine?

It is time to look in system properties for hardware conflicts when you have them both connected.
