How to fix run dl32

hi ive got a pc running xp and some one deleted the RUN DL32 PROGRAM about a year ago and my pc is gettin v slow and not capable of running many apps at one time,i dont have back up recovery system can i copy from anpother pc or what do i do to reinstal;l the program,many regards irish ,,

I don't think anyone removed rundll from your PC or it will crash immediatly.

You need to list your computer specs, what version of XP you have (service pack level), if you run anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, how much free disk space you have?

If you're getting an error, please list what the error says. Also, what you are doing when you get the error.

Do you have an XP disc?
