Recently restored to factory setting, now watching videos online have black bloc

I recently restored my hp notebook to factory settings, done this lots of times but this time watching tv shows live streaming the video has black blocks! Have never had a problem with this before and have two more notebooks who are working fine, could it be the adobe flash player i have installed the latest version I have windows Vista 64bit!

Make sure that u use the latest drivers!
