Administrator Password

I just got a Dell Inspiron 1545 that needed a new harddrive. I installed a Seagate Momentous 500 GB 7200 rpm drive and installed Windows Vista Home Edition 32 Bit and in the bios settings it is asking for an Administrator Password (which I do not have and have no way of getting) Is there a way to change this password without knowing the original password

Sorry, Tom's Hardware forum doesn't provide any guide to bypass password protection.

We cannot verify if you are the legit owner.

Contact the place of purchase or the Dell support!
