Was working on setting up a Dell 4700, Finished a fresh install of windows XP with service pack 3. I was working to install some other programs when the CPU fan whet in high gear and and the monitor went black. Now the Cd-ROM light stays on and the power on light is amber instead of green. WHAT HAPPENED, AND IS IT SOMETHING FATAL?
