Ok, heres the deal or the question ive been asked.

I have a guy i work with that has a dell, and wants to get it where he can watch mlb tv online on his tv through his computer, and also watch tv on his comp if his wifes watching the tv. Now heres the thing, for him to keep his warranty he has to go with a product dell has. The tv card they have is a ATI all in wonder 650. Now what I am wondering is if this will work for what he is wanting to do? Ive not done that much with a tv card, so im not that filimar with them. Any help or tips would be great.

it will work,i have the same card in my system and it works great with my cable tv wire plugged into it

It should work fine but he wont be able to get HD through it if that is a concern.
