The technology is neat, but the edimensional drivers arew buggy.
You can use Nvidia drivers with them if you have an Nvidia card and CRT monitor, but Nvidia hasn't updated these drivers for the 8000 series yet - you need a 6000 or 7000 series Geforce to use their 3d drivers.
Cleeve, I have only used mine one time since the initial go the first few weeks. I set up the projector to show a friend and we maybe spent 1 hour with it running. The glasses were fun to try and show people, but not practical for any amount of regular gaming IMO.
I purchased the wireless 3D glasses, when I received them they didn't work. I tried them on three different computers, using both CRT and LCD (they claim they work on LCD monitors).
I went through the troubleshooting and contacted the company, but nothing would work. So, I sent them back at great expense and had them replaced with the wired version. It took them three weeks to ship the replacement to me (and they still owe me $20). When I got them, I tried them on three computers at work - no good. Then I took them home and tried them on two computers there - no good, then I gave them to a friend to try on his computer - nope, he couldn't get them to work either.
I contacted the company again, but they refused to e-mail me back. They must have several bad units in stock. The glasses are very cheaply built, especially the lenses.
I would recommend staying away from them. They don't stand up to the companies claims.
