so my question is can some one build me a bad ass gaming rig from newegg that is built around the Q6600 and with a spending limit of 1500ish usd i do a LOT of gaming and watching movies from my pc and im looking for power i want this pc to last a wile and be extremely fast and have every thing look really nice. oh and im also wanting nvidea for my gfx other then that i dont care about name brand just looking for proformance.

also i have a few question on other things.

1. i have a 22" wide screen dell moniter and that other plug that isn't the avg plug wuts it for? it wouldnt fit in my current gfx card and i had though maby it was a HD type plug so i looked on new egg and even the NEW gfx cards have a diffrent plug then the one this moniter has and i coldnt find an adapter to make it fit in a new gfx card? btw sorry if i confused ne one with that question?

2. i have a 360 ill be hooking up to my 22" moniter and i was wondering wut is it that ill need to get to be able to have both my pc and 360 hooked up to one moniter with out unpluging ne thing i all rdy have the avg adapter for the 360 but atm i have to choose between the pc or 360 instead of being about to switch over instead of unpluging things....

agine srry if im confusing or reading this made you want to kill me =( grammer and spelling is not the best in the world... heh wut can i say... i mostly slept in school T.T

thanks-

Yea, upgrade the GT to a 512 GTS. It runs cooler and quieter.

The connector is most likely HDMI or DVI. DVI looks like VGA but is white (like is akhilles pic).

Methinks that seems to be a DVI...

What looks like a bunch of squares?
