PC Power and Cooling are supposed to be the best there are, but Corsair is very good too. Your question might be akin to "Which is better, killing a guy with a .45 slug in the head or using a .50 round in the heart?" Both will get the job done very well.

There is ALWAYS a drone. Exactly where, or how many drones you will encounter may vary, but that there will be at least one will not.
The pc power & cooling is the better psu. It is a tier 1 psu with 1 12V, 60A rail. The hx620 is a tier 2 psu with 3 12V rails with a total 50A. But both are high quality psu's.
