Hi,

I using a gigabyte motherboard P35 DS3....recently when i switch off the router, the pc would freeze for a min(and then revert back to normal).

by the way, i am using the onboard lan port

Did any one encounter such problem?

Ok, first, try to close all your active connection before switching off your computer (downloading, updates, etc...

Second, (if nothing happen right) you need to check for an updated driver for your LAN, usually this is incorporate on the mobo chipset driver (but not always), on the site it can be as LAN driver only...
