Hello,My provider is telling me to go to Control Panel and display to change the pixel size. Where is display under control panel. I ahve windows XP. Thanks. Mary

You cannot change the pixel size it is physically impossible.

Do you mean change the resolution that is being displayed by the monitor? If so then all you need to do is:

1. Right click on the desktop.
2. Click 'Properties', should be at the very bottom.
3. Click the 'Settings' tab.
4. You will see a slider to set the screen resolution. Move it to your desired resolution.

IMPORTANT!!!!! - DO NOT SET BEYOND THE MAXIMUM RESOLUTION YOUR MONITOR IS CAPABLE OF DISPLAYING. YOU WILL LIKELY RECEIVE AN "OUT OF RANGE" ERROR MESSAGE AND YOUR SCREEN WILL BE BLACK.

Do a Google search on your monitor model to find out it's maximum (also called native) resolution. Remember it and never, ever set the resolution beyond it.
