Why don't you give 3.4ghz a try and tell us how it goes?
If you screw up then we can tell you how to fix it. If all goes well, then good job!

Change in BIOS
Stock Hs => Good aftermarket cooler
FSB => 400Mhz
CPU Multiplier => 6x
FSB:RAM divider => 1:1
CPU Voltage => 1.35v

Test to insure stability.
If unstable, raise Nb Voltage until stable.

When stable, raise CPU multiplier to 8x and CPU voltage to 1.45v.
Test for stability.
If unstable, raise Vcore until stable up to a max of about 1.55v (temp dependent).
If stable at 1.45v, lower Vcore until it becomes unstable then raise it two settings.
When you think it is 100% stable, run stability tests overnight to be sure.

------------------------------ If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.
