Mobility Radeon HD2600 Question

Hello,
I just bought a new laptop and while checking it out, I found out that the graphic card is running at PCI-e x1 instead of PCI-e x16. Is this normal for a notebook GPU?

btw, don't mind the memory speed, it's a strange bug in GPU-z I assume.
