Simplest Q9450 overclock with best results?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to OC my Q9450 but I'm an extreme noob.

What I need it something really simple that will give me the most return and doesn't put too much strain on the CPU. Even if it only gets to 3.2Ghz ill be cool with that.

My setup is as follows:

Q9450 (Air cooled)
Asus X48 Rampage Formula
Corsair DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5 (4x1GB)
Corsair HX1000 PSU
Asus HD4870X2
Vista Home Premium SP1 (64bit)

change FSB to 400 and change ram multiplier to 1:1 and leave everything on auto. change vcore to VID value
