Cleaning out old drivers?

What's the best program to use to get rid of all of the old driver files after doing a standard uninstall? I remember Driver Cleaner being one that was recommended at one point but I can't seem to find a download site for it.

If Driver Cleaner is still the best one, can someone provide a linky for me? Or if there is a better program now-a-days that'd be even better. I'm asking you folks because I don't want to end up download some crap program that doesn't work or spyware or any of that poo.

I'm updating my catalyst drivers and want to make sure it's done right.
