click accessories
click system tools
click de fragment
The only one to use is the one that is built in.

Windows Inbuilt Defragmentation tool itself is effective, no need for Third party tools.

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System tools> Defragment

OR

Right Click on the drive you want to defragment >Properties>Tools>Defragment.
