OCZ Memory stability problem on DS3L

Hi, I'm having memory stability problems on my new build with OCZ2RPR800C44GK (single 2x2GB kit) on Gigabyte P35-DS3L (F8b BIOS)

Here is what I got so far:
■Beside memory everything in the BIOS is at default (disabled EIST, set Performance Enhancement to "Standard")
■I am unable to run Vista x64 at timing 4-4-4-15 with anywhere from 2.0V to 2.3V with or without an extra 0.1V to the NB;
■Within seconds from Vista x64 boot, it usually freezes or BSOD (30-60 seconds);
■I ran Memtest86+ 2.01 for nearly 10 hours (15 passes) with 4-4-4-15 without any reported errors;
■I have absolutely no issues when I set it to 4-5-4-15 with 2.1V (so not the Vista 4GB hotfix);
■If I use a single DIMM at 4-4-4-15 it still freezes, but it takes much longer (5-10 minutes);
■I tried the single DIMM test for each DIMM in every memory bank with same outcome: crash;
■I tried other timings like 5-4-4-15 and 5-4-5-15 without success, it seems it's the tRCD (RAS to CAS Delay) I cannot get to 4 ...;
■Got no other DDR2 board to test my RAM on beside some Vista x86 AMD 3800+ X2 DELL at job (would it even be worth a try?)
■Got no other DDR2 modules to test on my board, I could maybe borrow some at work, but it wouldn't be CAS4, would it be worth a try?
■If it is worth mentionning I use an EVGA 8800GTS (G92) with latest NVidia drivers (not EVGA's)

I think I mentioned everything I got so far, forgive me if I forgot anything. Anyone got any suggestions either on how to fix or what could be wrong, it would greatly help my mental health.
