Change ram information in system properties

You change it by physically changing the RAM inside the box. You change the way Windows uses it by going to Control Panel>System>Advanced tab and then click the topmost of the three Settings buttons. Click Advanced again and then Change. If the figure you see isn't about opne and a half times the amount of physical memory, then make sure the System Managed button is filled in so that Windows itself manages your memory on a minute by minute basis.

None of this is, however, a substitute for increasing the amount of RAM in the box.

In other words, you can install more memory on the motherboard, but you can't just change how much memory is being displayed in the system properties.
you have to buy memory and plug it in to increase it.
