Hello,
System: XP Proffesional SP2
Problem: User blocked any access to 3/10 folders in Drive E. No way to gain access, nor through Safe Mode, nor trought any other Administrator...changing Ownership and special permissions dont work as well.Seem like a user locked them to only him and deleted himself afterwards. In short terms the files need to bee decrypted IMO. Has anybody any advice? Thanks for the help!

Is drive E a mapped network drive or just another hard drive? If Administrator takes ownership, you can change any rights on the file, what do you get when you try?
