I will try to get right to the thing....I have already overclocked my Q6600(2.4Ghz) to 3Ghz.
Current settings:

-CPU multiplier -x9.
-Host clock Frequency -333
-CPU Voltage -1.325v (Default).
-FSB -1.3v
-MCH 1.4v.
I Have DDR3-1333Mhz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820145198
Timing:9-9-9-24 and 1.7v
FSB:DRAM ( 1:2)
Don't know how to change on my -_- board- DX38BT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] Tpk=DX38BT

Please help me figure out needed adjustments for system.
-CPU multiplier -x8.
-Host clock Frequency -400
-CPU Voltage -?.
-FSB -1.3v(same?)
-MCH -?

for 3 ghz you should begin with 1.2v for cpu and go higher in need but with the nb and fsb voltage, you will be probably good with 1.25-1.3v for cpu

pll: 1.50v

fsb:1.30v or <<auto>>

nb:1.10

all the others on <<auto>>

and the ram on the manufacturer recommendation

if you want to oc to 3.4 ghz i can help u too but begin with what i just told you

I'm pretty stable with 3.0Ghz already
and I do know all settings for 3.2Ghz, but I can't adjust Timing on RAM anyhow..
I'm zero in Timing..

its a uttility u can see the timing of your ram and ect..
