Sharing broadband with neighbor (sister)

My sister, who lives on my property just got broadband via Hughes. She wants to share the wifi connection with me. Her house is 250 feet behind mine, and slightly uphill. Can she send the wifi signal to my house via a belkin F5D9230-4 (G plus MIMO w/ a range of 1000 feet) Also, if the router is at her house, in a window, and pointed towards my house... do I need anything else? Thanks!
