I have a q6700 on a ip35 pro got it to 3.2ghz but want to go to 3.6ghz. I tried upping the fsb and it stops at 3.0.I have it on 3.2ghz bcuz its stable. Any help appreciated

Here are my specs:
Q6700 at 3.2ghz
IP-35 PRO
4gb Crucial Ballistix pc-8500 5-5-5-15
2x 74gb Raptor raid 0
8800gts 640MB
Silverstone tj06 with Silverstone 1000watt powers upply

Here are my bios settings:

1.32 vcore is not enough for higher oc. You need to increase it. Intel's recommended vcore for g0 q6600/6700 is up to 1.5v, so you're fine until then.
