Cant see my Samsung 1TB drive

I have a PC that I built running Vista 64 bit. I have a Thermaltake docking station attached (USB) and it works fine with my 500 gig Samsung drive in it. I recently bought a Samsung 1TB drive and when I put it in the docking station it doesnt show up even though it seems to be spinning. Any help resolving it would be appreciated.
