Blue screen on dell inspirion 1525

Hello,
my dell wont reopen and vista wont reinstall. it restarts none stop ans i can only see the bleu screen a split second...and it restarts. i ran the mediadirect and now it wont go to boot os , what the hell , please help. i"m running the repair system but i"m not hopefull

My name is Ankit and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.

As you are getting blue screen error message on the screen & the system is restarting automatically, then you can run Dell diagnostics on the system to check the hardware functionality of the system.
To run the diagnostics, You have to press & hold the f/n key which is located on the left hand-side bottom of the keyboard & then press the power button.
If the diagnostics fails with any error code, then you can contact Dell technical support for assistance.
If the diagnostic test passes, then you can reinstall operating system for the computer by using the CD for operating system.
