Hello,
Hi, I'm not sure if im posting this in the right spot but guess I will find out.

I have ESET security running on my windows vista laptop and an alert keeps popping up saying there is DNS Cache Poisoning Attack occurring. I'm not sure what this means but it give an IP: 192.168.2.1 ... ???

I would love to know if that is the former IP address of the house in Scottsdale AZ where I used to live... I seriously suspect the other person who lives there is a hacker. If anyone can tell me what is going on and how i can protect myself I would be so grateful! ...also if that IP address can be tracked would help me too!

Thanks; D

I think you will find that address is what is used possibly by dlink or Linksys
dhcp server /dns - check control panel - network connections - support - details.

You might want to use ipconfig to release, flushdns, renew the DNS
