Random Shutdowns

Hello,
Ive replaced power supply,installed more memory and I run Windows Vista 32bit on Dell C521 with IE9.I have a really clean system and use AGV security.However,my computer continues to shut down randomly.I do use utorrent and Btjunkie alot..What could this be??

Corrupted driver or other OS most likely.
Have you checked event viewer for errors ?
Have Windows CD ? Run sfc /scannow or repair-install OS.
