Hello,
I continually get this error when launching my companies VPN. I assume the issue in within the OS (Windows XP). Any ideas on how to resolve or what is the cause.

Here are the details in the error signature:

AppName: netsh.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.5512 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 67a3fce0

It is perhaps the anti virus or firewall that is causing the error. Try shutting down the antivirus and restart, see if the error occurs. In some antivirus programs, you can exclude the program that is causing the error. This depends on which anti virus you are using. You can contact the anti virus tech support for more detailed instructions on how to exclude netsh. exe from being blocked at startup.

Hi Soundguruman, I tried that without any success. Any other idea? Ironically, it was working fine w/ the same setup up until 2 weeks ago. Any other ideas on how to eliminate that error message?

I had same problem, ran scan of computer and it found a trojan called "backdoor.trojan", had to reboot after quarantine and the problem was solved.
