Looking to buy a new system though sometimes I think I just like to spend money :) I am currently running:

Antec LifeStyle SONATA II 450w Smart Power
ASUS P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI x 16 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80557E6600 - Retail
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel
Western Digital Raptor WD1500ADFD 150GB 10,000 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM
Windows XP

Would like to get a QUAD 6600 CPU and a Direct X10 compatable video card. I was thinking up just upgrading CPU and Video but then I am left with a CPU and Video sitting on a shelf. Would rather build new complete system.

Would I benefit from upgrading or should I just wait.....

Thanks for the help!

PS. Mainly play video games (WOW, Crysis, BF2) some video editing of home movies...

That's a decent system. What video card are you using?

You need a good gpu to play crysis. The rest are good. If your eyes are set on the q6600, save $40 on april 20th:
