All the stuff is manufactured at the Foxconn factories (even the Gigabyte and ASUS cards), so the differences amount to the color of stickers, and (rarely) an aftermarket cooling solution.
I have heard that ASUS puts in some sort of different fan and temp control Firmware on their cards. I know with my Asus 8800GT I can't overclock the core past 640 or it will crash the system where as some people on other brand cards have pushed to 700 with no problems. nTune also reports obscure temps for the card too.
Since so many of the cards ARE identical, things like customer support and upgrade options are selling points to me.
If you live in the US. Most of the warranties / customer support become extremely limited outside the US borders. (Ex. XFX's double lifetime warranty becomes a 3 year limited in China)
(Sorry, I categorized the OP by his use of the English language - @OP: if you're just a bad typist, forgive me. lol >_< )
Anyways, I'm a fan of EVGA. I've bought all four of my awesome cards from them. Some of the new aftermarket cooler options are extremely tempting though.
if you think ya might wanna go after a 9000series card when they come out then go with EVGA because of the step-up program. otherwise as aevm and mactronix has said/shown to go with the MSI because the cooler is MUCH better!
