What is the quietest led case fan for desktops?

go on newegg.com or other online shop depending where you live......generally speaking the less air fan moves the quieter it will be.....you u will be sacrificing airflow for the noise

I think he is more interested in fancy look than vertilation :D
The Antec Tri-cool fans are good. You can set speed to low, mid, and high. When you set it low, it is really quiet.

It is for the sliding door (for the vent in the middle) on a regular Desktop. I didn't realize there were 2 sizes. Will 120 mm fit?

There are even more sizes. Bigger is better for both lower noise and more airflow. Some micro cases use 60mm fans. More common sizes are 80mm, 92mm, and 120mm. A few cases will support 140mm fans. Some rackmount blades and drive enclosures take 40mm fans.
Measure the distance between the holes. Make yourself a simple template, and take it to your local computer shop to see what matches. You can even buy them there if they don't gouge too much on the price.

40mm>60mm>70mm>80mm>92mm>120mm>140mm>200mm>220mm
These size vary from small chipset cooler fan to massive case side fan.

the smaller the fan is the noiser and less air it pushes through.the bigger ones does the opposite of course!:)
