I just installed Vista and the programs that came with PK5-E, AI suite and so forth. Is there anyway for my computer to control the CPU fan, if I uninstall AI suite? Cause when I Uninstall AI suite the fan always get loader when I'm just sitting at windows and does not adjust. Cause I think my AI suite is affecting my Sleep mode and i like to get ridge of it.

I use Q-Fan to control the CPU fan in my P5E-WS and it works great.

You can enable Q-Fan in either the BIOS or in PC-Probe 2.

I usually opt to get a manual fan controller, usually a zalman fan controller to manually take care of noise. If you get a big enough heatsink you can set the fan to a nice quiet level and forget about it.
