Look for a Vista certified motherboard if you're thinking about Vista.

Pick up a GA-P35-DS3L or IP35-E with the option to overclock if you feel the need. That 7050 isn't good for o/c'ing. Especially if you're getting an mid tower case.

I agree an the GA-P35-DS3L if your not on a budget get the Abit IP35 Pro.  I'm not sure of that psu I need to find that list that shows the Tier's and you want one from Tier 2, I was thinking myself of OCZ memory but heard these were more reliable and the drive I listed is only a few dollars more but worth it.
