I need to reset my computer to the factory settings as I am having problems with it. However, I will lose my Microsoft Professional Office suite software - Word, Access, Excel and Powerpoint when I do this.
I bought a Western Digital external hard drive as I was hoping to back up my entire computer and then just retrieve my documents and my microsoft office software. It seems like this device will back up my documents, but not my software. Is there a way using this device to back up the software as well as the documents.
