Hdd no power

i have also same problem, also my Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 8 has also same problem,it came out when i restarted my pc then it just cant detect my cmos, when i open and see its no power at all, no spinning i cant felt any power in it...is there someone gives me advice on how can i recover my data in it.
