Was surfin for parts is parts and I noticed allot of "New pull from open box" Items. Exactly what does that mean ???? And are they worth it,They seem a little more inexpensive usually.

Open box basically means that someone has actually had the item before and they decided to return it. Good companies will test the hardware to make sure that it works, but it may still have defects of some sort. Make sure that you read the return policy for the website that you are checking out, since there may be certain restrictions.
