Intel boards will say it in plain english on the box. They generally have fewer adjustments in the bios. Not for overclockers or tweakers. But they may be more stable at the default settings. Dell boards are similar in lack of bios options. For overclockers, you need to download the motherboard manual before ordering and check the bios options. I recommend asus or abit, followed by Msi and DFI.
