Changing administrator rights in windows xp

How can i fix this? I went into the control panel and looked at the users accounts, and i am the computer administrator, but i cannot disable the programs at startup. HELP!

quicken, itunes, games, hp photo, just software that does not need to be started until i need to use them. they boot up when i start my computer and it takes me around 8 minutes to even use my computer.
