Go tot hose links you provided and hit the "specs" tab....you should then see the difference:

EVGA 512-P3-N841-AR
TV-Out Ports - HDTV / S-Video Out
Game Disk - No

EVGA 512-P3-N841-A3
TV Out Ports - HDTV / S-Video / Composite Out
Game Disk - yes

The composite out is via s-video dongle. The difference must be Crysis... so much for a 'free game'...

I was going to say a cheap ploy to make you think your getting Crysis for free but actually including it in the price of the card..
